How to sign up:

Step 1: Purchase a Get Lashed Monthly membership (reoccurring charge of $30/mo, 1 membership per location)

Step 2: You will get a confirmation email with a link to a form to fill out information on you and your business.

*You will have to submit certification proof and we recommend that you have at least 3 months of experience.

 

Once payment is complete, and we approve your credentials, we will add your location to our site. This may take up to 3-5 days.
